Akay

Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach

As the founder of WhiteMoon Fitness, Akay has been passionate about fitness since he was 16 years old. After earning his Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC) certifications through NASM, he authored Akay’s Guide to Nutrition (2024), a comprehensive resource on health and well-being.

With over a decade of experience in fitness, Akay has worked with clients of all fitness levels, specializing in crafting customized fitness and nutrition programs that fit around busy lifestyles. Akay understands the challenges that professionals and parents face when it comes to finding time for self-care. His approach is simple: fitness should be flexible, achievable, and, most importantly, sustainable.
